The EGR Operator Awards is the Oscars of the eGaming industry, celebrating B2C operators who exceed expectations in areas like customer service and responsible gaming, with prizes presented across all verticals.

The EGR Operator Awards 2020 were previously held online and were a big success. The VEI Awards were recognized Best Virtual and Hybrid Event at the VEI Awards.

How Are the Judges’ Categories Assigned?

Judges are divided into groups and assigned categories based on their specialized market expertise to avoid conflicts of interest. Each panel of judges does not have access to the outcomes in categories in which they are not judging.

These categories have a different judging method than the others, and they are judged at a final day where the 2020 finalists can present their entries to the judging panel in person.
