This wheel spins simultaneously with the inner one, and the bonus round is activated once the ball hits the needed pocket. Deal Wheel Bonus

The telephone icon triggers the Deal Wheel Bonus, where a player has to choose one out of the three red boxes with a question mark on each of them.
